Experiencing grief or loss,
overwhelm, or stress?

“If we begin to get in touch with whatever we feel with some kind of kindness, our protective shells will melt, and we'll find that more areas of our lives are workable.”

—Pema Chödrön

My Approach

I am devoted to seeking new answers and resources on behalf of myself and others rather than relying on responses and means that do not heal. My practice modalities and integrative approaches include:

  • Adjustment to life transitions

  • Assertiveness

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

  • Grief and Loss Therapy

  • Internal Family Systems - Level 1

  • Mindfulness – awareness, noticing, presence, and meditation

  • Person-Centered Therapy

  • Relationship challenges Modality

  • Stress management

I believe awareness gives each of us the opportunity to honor who we are, celebrate and grieve our history, leverage our strengths, adapt to life situations, figure out who we want to be, and embrace our authentic selves.
